Lacking dialogue culture fuels disagreement, misunderstanding, disrespect and mistrust among different parties and communities leading to violence from conflict. Strengthening social cohesion through dialogue is a must for creating peaceful and cohesive societies. 

We work on 

We work with women, youth and partners, particularly women centered organizations and key actors to improve dialogue culture by building local capacity to implement the strengthening social cohesion in conflict affected communities. Highlight various civil society engagement and advocacy initiatives on both formal and community based dialogue to conflict transformation. Enabling effective, innovative, data- and evidence-based planning and monitoring at the local level.
